Oh wow.. I almost forgot what having a DailyDaviation feels like.. First I would like to thank VioletVeronika for suggesting this and MarcosRodriguez for actually featuring it. It's been 5 years since I stopped practicing photography, I used to have thousands of page views, comments and messages here on DA but since I disappeared it all vanished which really saddened me when I recently came back to DA and started practicing photography again.

Getting featured really boosted my moral and I believe will really help me getting back strongly. I really appreciate this, and would like to thank all the watchers and commentators for their time and support. Love you.

Incredible angle here. I absolutely love insects and I have a weakness for dragonflies and Damselflies. There is a little washing out of the inner right wing, however, this does give the effect that the wings are in motion (maybe they were). The detail of the wings is great but I have to say the prowling like stance of the front legs is even better. It looks as if you're being stared down here. The depth of field here is wonderful. If your goal was to pull the viewer into the center, you've accomplished what you set out too. I would've like to have seen a little less washout in front since it is hard to make out what this fly is perched on. Blade of grass maybe? Again, love this.
